Josephine Komoru - 40 Years of Service

Josephine Komoru landed her first job as a Postage Clerk in 1979 at Boroko Branch.
Today she heads the Lae Market Branch as Branch Manager.
"Every day is a great opportunity to learn and I have been given the opportunity to grow in my career," says Josephine.
40 years on,I can say, BSP is a great place to work. With the support of my family, my colleagues and the confidence of my managers and mentors, I have built my career, put food on the table, educate my children and owned my own home. They are everyday achievements that make a difference."
